For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned below. These definitions apply throughout this document and any supplementary rules, policies, or guidelines published by kdg77.

To access kdg77's full suite of services, you are required to register a Member Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number.

You agree that all information provided during registration — and at any subsequent time when you update your Account details — is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false information constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any wallet balance.

Upon successful registration, you will be assigned a unique account username. You are responsible for selecting a strong password and for keeping your login credentials confidential. kdg77 will never ask you to disclose your password through any communication channel, including live chat, WhatsApp, or email.

kdg77 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration does not automatically entitle an applicant to any welcome bonus or promotional offer; eligibility for promotions is determined separately and communicated at the time of the offer.

kdg77 operates a robust Know Your Customer (KYC) verification program consistent with international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the specified timeframe will have their withdrawal capabilities suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed. kdg77 reserves the right to void bets placed and/or return deposits to the originating payment method in cases where KYC verification is refused or cannot be completed.

6.1 Deposits. kdg77 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits are credited to your Wallet in real time for most payment methods. kdg77 does not charge any deposit processing fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges independently.

Supported deposit channels include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Availability of specific channels may vary by time of day or network maintenance windows; kdg77 will communicate any temporary outages through in-platform notifications.

6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes under normal operating conditions, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are sent only to a payment method registered in the same name as the Member's verified kdg77 Account — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your Account must have passed all applicable KYC verification steps.
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• There must be no pending investigations, security holds, or compliance reviews on your Account.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the balance of your Wallet at the time of the request.

6.4 Refunds. All deposits are final once credited to your Wallet. Refunds of deposited funds are only available in exceptional circumstances — for example, where a deposit was made due to a verifiable technical error or where kdg77 is required to return funds as part of a KYC closure. Refund requests must be submitted to support within 24 hours of the relevant deposit.

All promotions are subject to the following general conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified in the individual promotion's terms) before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games for each promotion are disclosed at the time of the offer.
• Bonus Validity: Bonuses have a defined validity period. Any unwagered bonus funds remaining after the expiry date will be removed from your Wallet automatically, along with any winnings generated by those funds.

• Abuse Prevention: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse bonus structures — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to fulfil wagering requirements artificially, or coordinating with other Members to exploit promotional terms — constitutes Bonus Abuse. kdg77 will void all bonuses and associated winnings and may permanently close any Account found to have engaged in Bonus Abuse.

kdg77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. The withdrawal of a promotion does not affect any bonus funds already credited to a Member's Wallet prior to the withdrawal date.

8.1 General. All bets placed on kdg77 are subject to these general betting rules as well as any product-specific rules applicable to the sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), or crash game in question. Product-specific rules are available within each game or betting market on the Platform.

8.2 Sportsbook. Pre-match and live betting is available on a wide range of sports and leagues, including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, AFF Cup, FIFA World Cup qualifiers, and Timnas Indonesia international fixtures. If settlement is not possible, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to the Member's Wallet.

Members may verify round outcomes using the verification tool provided within each game.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kdg77. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, the forfeiture of your Wallet balance, and the reporting of your conduct to relevant authorities where required by international regulations:

• Opening more than one Account on the Platform, whether in your own name or under another identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with kdg77.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or interact with the Platform in any automated manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage, and failing to report such issues to kdg77 support immediately upon discovery.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime through the use of kdg77's deposit and withdrawal facilities.
• Placing bets in collusion with other Members, game operators, or third parties to manipulate outcomes for financial gain.
• Attempting to access another Member's Account without authorization.
• Engaging in Bonus Abuse as defined in Clause 7 of these Terms.
• Making threatening, abusive, or harassing communications to kdg77 staff or other Members through any channel.
• Accessing or attempting to access kdg77 using a VPN, proxy server, or other anonymization tool in a manner designed to circumvent geographic restrictions or security systems.

All content on kdg77.vip — including but not limited to the kdg77 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of kdg77 or its licensed content partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) and is protected under applicable international intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
